SBA is a consultant and engineering bureau specialized industrial environmental management.

Since our foundation, in July 1994, we have applied the knowledge that has conformed our origins:

> from one side, more than fifteen years working in the Public Administration, carrying out technical and administrative works,

> on the other side, the ASSESSORIA SAINZ DE BARANDA, which is a Law and Economic Firm specialized in taxes and economic advice to the enterprises, has contributed with an important active in the negotiation of the eco-taxes and in the assesorement in the legal area.

Our main objective is minimizing the environmental costs of companies and public administrations, situating and maintain our clients into the actual law at the minimum available cost, impelling the actual feeling

and need of the environmental preservation, improving the production systems and installing the adjusting dispositives when needed. Often, our fees for the services come from the money saved, so it follows not cost for the client.

At SBA technician and jurists work together, because environment is a legal question, which must treat as such and, simultaneously, it is a technical question. To achieve the fixed aim requires to know the technologies, to be able
to apply and to place them inside the legality, giving legal security to industries and administrations.
